The raw sesame seeds coming to our facility are perfectly sorted with four eight-channel color separators in our machine park. Then, it is processed according to its areas of use as cake, bagel, biscuit, white and cloth.
Our tahini, which we produce with traditional stone mill workmanship and 100% pure flavor understanding, is the flavor partner trusted by the masters with its oven temperature resistant structure.
